Missions:
-To advance General Vang Pao’s lifelong dream of promoting democracy, cultural acceptance, diversity, and higher education.
-To honor General Vang Pao’s legacy of exemplary leadership, immeasurable service and dedication to the pursuit of freedom, and unending love and devotion to the Hmong and American people.
Purpose:
-To construct a granite commemorative monument of General Vang Pao to be located at City Hall in Chico, CA, as a symbol of democracy, unity, and courage.
Goal:
-To raise $40,000 for the construction of General Vang Pao’s monument through fundraising efforts, donations, and other financial resources as available.
